Job summary

A food and beverage service provider in Singapore is seeking a F & B Service Ambassador to ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain high service standards in a dynamic environment. The role requires 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. Offering a salary range of $2,400 to $2,800, this position includes a rotational shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year working experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity.
• Able to work on weekends / public holiday.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent guest experience through providing of warm and genuine service.
• Take, prepare and serve food & drinks orders and operate cash register.
• Ensure product items are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

Job description

F & B Service Ambassador

• Working Hours: 5.5 days [2 Shift between 7am-10pm, rotated shift , 44 hours per week]
• Location: Dempsey / Chip Bee / Dairy Farm
• Salary: $2400 to $2800
