What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Efficiently taking food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen

• Delivering orders to customers promptly and ensuring their satisfaction

• Maintaining a clean and well-organised dining area, including clearing and resetting tables

• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Familiarity with food and beverage service procedures and industry best practices
