A leading company in the hospitality sector is looking for a Customer Service professional to ensure guest satisfaction through various support tasks. This role involves welcoming guests, handling orders, and ensuring room cleanliness among other responsibilities. A minimum of one year of experience is required for consideration.
Salary Range : Up to $2800
Working Hours : Shift Work
Transport Allowance: Provided if the shift ends after 12:00 AM
Benefits : Performance bonus and year-end bonus based on individual and company performance
Minimum 1 year of experience
1. Customer Service
– Welcome and guide guests to their rooms
– Handle guest questions, requests, and feedback
2. Order Taking & Serving
– Take food and drink orders (room or counter)
– Serve orders and clear tables after use
3. Room Setup & Cleanliness
– Check and prepare rooms before use
– Clean and sanitize equipment, report any issues
4. Billing & Payment
– Prepare bills and process payments
– Handle discounts, promotions, or memberships
5. General Support
– Refill supplies (e.g., tissues, utensils)
– Help with opening/closing routines
– Work closely with kitchen and bar staff
6. Safety & Conduct
– Ensure guests follow house rules
– Inform management if any issues arise
