Our client is seeking a Service Crew to join their team!

Our client is looking for Service Crews to join us at our new upcoming coffeeshop house in Sentosa. You will start on a 6-months contract on a renewal basis.

What you'll be doing?

Welcome and inform: Greet customers warmly, share information about specials and new items, and assist with orders and payments.

Prepare and serve: Create delicious food and dessert items, ensuring each customer receives a high-quality dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness: Keep work and dining areas spotless, sanitize equipment, and ensure a hygienic environment for customers and colleagues.

Attract customers: Update signage and displays creatively to draw in potential diners and showcase the coffeeshop's offerings.

Manage inventory: Keep track of stock levels and replenish items as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient service area.

Ensure food safety: Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food handling.

Who are they looking for?

Experienced professional: Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience in food and beverage preparation, but we welcome candidates with a passion for customer service and willingness to learn.

Excellent communicator: You possess exceptional listening and communication skills, enabling you to understand and meet customer needs effectively.

Certified and vaccinated: You hold a food handling certificate and have received the typhoid injection, demonstrating your commitment to food safety.
