Job summary

A local bakery in Singapore is seeking individuals to provide exceptional customer service and prepare quality beverages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle busy periods, and knowledge of coffee preparation. This position involves working flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Overview

Location: Northpoint City (Yishun) & Bukit Pasoh Road (Outram Park)

Working hours: 6 day works - 48hrs

Notes: Happy Birthday Voucher • Non-Halal Restaurant

Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers upon their arrival and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain familiarity with menu items and brand information to answer customers' questions and offer recommendations.
  • Ensure proper hygiene according to company guidelines.
  • Understand and adhere to food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards during food and beverage preparation.
  • Have solid knowledge of coffee, including making coffee with the right calibration, pouring, and latte art skills.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of assorted coffee and tea varieties to prepare quality beverages.
  • Take customer orders and enter them into the POS system for process payments from customers.
  • Proactively handle and resolve customer issues as necessary.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed and work under pressure – specifically during busy dining periods.
  • Able to work as early as 8am, during weekends, public holidays and overtime hours when required.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
