Responsibilities

At Delifrance Singapore, we are passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests, and we need you to help make that happen! As a Service Crew Member, you'll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while providing outstanding food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage services to our guests, ensuring positive and memorable interactions.
2. Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating with supervisors or managers to assist when needed.
3. Keep guests informed about current and upcoming promotions, enhancing their experience.
4. Support the outlet team in ensuring smooth daily operations, contributing to a harmonious work environment.
5. Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and grooming guidelines.
6. Prepare beverage orders, delivering delicious drinks to our guests.
7. Accurately take and input customer orders into the point-of-sale system.
8. Showcase food products in the glass display and assist customers in selecting and packing their choices.
9. Support the bakery team where necessary.
10. Assist with any additional duties assigned by your supervisor or management, fostering a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

1. No work experience required; on-job-training will be provided.

4. Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
