Our client is looking for next team members to join their growing team :

Job Responsibilities:

• Order Taking & Service: Accurately take customer orders and serve food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality and presentation of all food and beverage items served to guests.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of service, including workstations and dining areas.
• Shift Management: Assume responsibility for assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service within the designated section/area.
• Roll Call & Training: Attend mandatory roll call sessions and participate in all training programs as assigned by the Training Department, Human Resources, or Management.
• Operational Adherence: Adhere to established operational procedures and policies, while proactively suggesting improvements to superiors.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Certifications: Hold a valid hygiene certification.
• Personal Attributes: A positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and approachable manner.
