Job summary

Nando's Singapore is seeking Service Crew to join our family and deliver the warm, friendly Nando's experience to every guest. You will help with serving, taking orders, and ensuring guests feel valued, while learning the business and growing with the team.

Shifts include weekends and public holidays. No experience required as training is provided, with opportunities to advance within the brand.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and helping guests.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a team and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving customers and delivering food.
• Hand out take-away orders to customers.
• Keep the restaurant clean and presentable.
• Ensure customers are happy and informed throughout their visit.
• Present the bill and take payment accurately.

• Support the team to deliver amazing food, freshly cooked to order and served hot
• Assist in handing out the take-away orders to customers
• Keep the restaurant beautiful, safe, clean and representative of the Nando's brand
• Ensure customer are happy, informed, and satisfied at all times
• Consistently serve and check on the customer in a professional and friendly manner that is consistent with delivering "The Nando's Experience"
• Complete, prepare and present the bill accurately and take payment from the customer
