We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew members to be the heart of our guest experience at the newly revitalized 1939. Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Provide warm, welcoming, and efficient service to all guests across our diverse concepts (e.g., ground floor F&B, restaurant, cocktail bar, rooftop bar).
- Order Taking & Delivery: Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly and courteously to guests.
- Table & Area Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and cleared efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, dining rooms, and general venue spaces.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and confidently communicate menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a dynamic team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive working environment.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest enquiries and feedback gracefully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing duties, stock replenishment, and other tasks as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
- Cross-Training: Be open to cross-training across different concepts or floors as required to support overall venue operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an F&B service role is a plus, but not essential. We welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic F&B environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays/items as required by the role.
- A passion for the F&B industry and creating memorable guest experiences.
