1. Ensure all aspects of the efficient outlet operations. Oversee consistent implementation of service standards.
2. Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of JAS and the satisfaction of guests.
3. Welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders and serving food to guests. Clear tables efficiently after guests leave and reset for the next customers.
4. Keep the dining area clean and well-maintained throughout the shift.
5. Communicate orders effectively to the kitchen.
6. Handle cash, credit cards, POS machine and other forms of payment.
7. Collaborate with other staff members, such as servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure efficient operations.
