Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel in Central Singapore. With a head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they offer wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.

• Assist with food preparation and stocking supplies.

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• Knowledgeable in alcohol, such as cocktails and sake.

• Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Good team player and self-motivated.

• Passionate about service and people.

Compensation

• Working Location: 3 mins walking distance from MRT Chinatown.

• Working hours: 8am - 9pm.

• Working days: 5 days/week.

• Meal allowance provided.
