Responsibilities:
- Offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check and coordinate special requests such as special menu requirements, tables’ requests and promotional offers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including tables and service stations
- Allocate and check the table arrangement both prior and during service, ensuring special requests are met wherever possible
- Set up tables, restock supplies, and assist in opening/closing duties
- Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs and comments with proper follow up with Manager
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- PC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
