Job Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly and courteous customer service.

2. Handle reservations and inquiries via phone.

3. Greet and direct guests to their rooms.

4. Record and serve food and beverages.

5. Input orders into the point-of-sale system.

6. Offer basic technical support (e.g., microphone and karaoke checks).

7. Maintain a clean and safe environment.

8. Work independently and ensure quality performance.

9. Communicate effectively with team and management.

10. Ensure a neat appearance at all times.

11. Register check-in customers.

12. Process transactions accurately.

13. Verify cash accuracy at shift start and end.

14. Perform other duties as assigned.
