About the role

Kantin at Jewel Changi is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front of House Service Crew to join our dynamic team at our restaurant located in the Changi Airport East Region. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-paced hospitality environment, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanour

  • Assisting guests with menu selections and making recommendations

  • Taking and processing food and drink orders efficiently

  • Ensuring tables are set up and maintained to a high standard

  • Clearing and cleaning tables in a timely manner

  • Restocking and maintaining the front-of-house supplies

  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery

  • Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy

  • Making and serving drinks, cocktails, desserts.

  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or food and beverage industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude

  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
