HOM SEN BY RUNG MAMA PTE. LTD. is hiring a Service Crew to join our Thai restaurant team in Singapore. You will welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high service standards.

We value friendly, customer-oriented individuals who can work weekends and public holidays, collaborate with kitchen staff, and assist with cashiering when needed. Staff meals and uniform are provided, with opportunities to learn and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Eligible applicants: Singaporean/PR/LTVP holders; Malaysians with degree welcome.
• Thai language is an advantage.
• Friendly, positive, customer-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly.
• Take orders and provide menu recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently.
• Attend to customers' requests and feedback during meals.
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and tidiness.
• Assist with table setup and opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cashiering and payment collection when required.
• Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed.

Job Scope

• Welcome and greet customers warmly
• Take customers’ orders and provide menu recommendations
• Serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
• Check on customers during their meal and attend to their requests
• Clear and clean tables after customers leave
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
• Assist with table setup and restaurant opening/closing duties
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required
• Ensure restaurant service standards and SOPs are followed
• Perform other general duties required for the smooth operation of the restaurant
