Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming enquiries from customers
• Prepare quotations with support from our product / project engineers
• Following up with customers on quotation status
• Processing of sales orders, preparation of invoices and delivery arrangements
• Co-ordinate with customers and schedule service jobs for our service engineers and technicians
• General administrative tasks

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates with experience in sales of technical products will also be favorably considered.
• Sales oriented, independent with a positive working attitude
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
