Job description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and manage after-sales services and enquiries from customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on quotation status
• Processing of sales orders, preparation of invoices and delivery arrangements
• Follow up and planning of maintenance schedule with customers
• Co-ordinate with customers and schedule service jobs for our service engineers and technicians
• Liaise with vendors for operational items, parts, and other engineering tasks
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum NITEC / O level or equivalent. Alternatively, candidates with experience in a similar role will also be favorably considered.
• Sales oriented, independent with a positive working attitude
• 2 to 3 years relevant experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
