In this pivotal role, you will be the champion of our MINI service customers, ensuring they receive unparalleled consultation and support throughout their service journey. You'll be the go-to person for a range of essential tasks, contributing directly to our commitment to "Excellent Customer Service Journey."
What You'll Drive:
Elevating the Customer Experience: You'll be the first point of contact in ensuring our service customers feel valued and well-informed. Your dedication to optimal consultation and service quality will set the tone for their entire experience.
Seamless Insurance Claim Support: You'll expertly guide customers through the insurance claim process, providing clear assistance in reporting and efficiently coordinating necessary paperwork with our external partners (ESPL).
Efficient Service Completion: You'll play a crucial role in the smooth finalization of services by coordinating with ESPL and ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation for insurance companies.
Effortless Vehicle Release: You'll ensure a seamless handover of vehicles back to our customers, securing necessary documentation (like the Delivery Verification) to complete the service experience.
Windscreen Claim Expertise: You'll be our on-site expert for windscreen claims, meticulously documenting damage with precise markings and photographs according to guidelines, and then efficiently forwarding this information to our Body and Paint Department.
Proactive Customer Engagement: You'll connect with our customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction through follow-up calls, demonstrating our commitment to their ongoing needs.
Voice of the Customer Champion: You'll actively encourage customer participation in our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, driving our response rates and helping us continuously improve our services to meet the KPIs set by BMW Asia.
Operational Coordination: You'll be the logistical heartbeat of our service operations, coordinating the smooth movement of vehicles between the service center, workshop, and car wash with our drivers.
Service Advisor Support: You'll be a valuable support to our Service Advisors, assisting with customer queries when they are engaged, ensuring no customer feels unheard.
Effective Communication Hub: You'll be the reliable conduit for customer messages, ensuring they reach the appropriate Service Advisor and that timely follow-up actions are taken.
MINI Next Excellence: You'll manage the initial stages for our MINI Next vehicles, taking them in, opening repair orders for comprehensive 360 checks, and preparing clear quotations based on workshop recommendations.
MINI Next Repair Coordination: You'll liaise between our Parts Department and Workshop to ensure efficient and timely completion of repair work on MINI Next vehicles, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
Peak Hour Presence: During busy periods, you'll step into a greeter role, providing a warm welcome and efficient direction to our arriving customers.
Beyond the Basics: You'll embrace any other tasks and responsibilities that contribute to our overarching goal of an "Excellent Customer Service Journey," always seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
