Job Description
  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/Heavy Machinery Equipment
  • Position Title: Admin Coordinator (Maintenance/Service)
  • Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North/North-East/West Area MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.15am to 5.15pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Company Transportation/Transportation Allowance + Group Medical Insurance
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating service activities, ensuring efficient scheduling, timely maintenance and repair of heavy machinery
  • Arrange preventive maintenance and repair tasks for equipment and machinery
  • Allocate service requests by assessing urgency and availability of resources
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and updates on service
  • Deliver prompt updates on the status of repairs, services, and follow-up actions
  • Work with the parts department to secure and distribute parts for assignments.
  • Keep precise records of service logs, inspections, and reports
  • Help in generating service quotes, invoices, and processing warranty claims.
  • Uphold compliance with safety and operational protocols
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by the manager
