What we're looking for
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources
Maintain detailed records of all service activities and customer interactions
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service delivery processes
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and colleagues
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
