Job summary

Une entreprise de télécommunications bien établie à Singapour recherche un technicien d'assistance pour un poste d'activation de ligne. Le candidat devra réaliser l'activation de téléphones, fournir un support technique de base et collaborer étroitement avec le département informatique. Une qualification scolaire secondaire au minimum et 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine sont requis. Ce poste offre une rémunération allant jusqu'à 3500 SGD par mois, avec des avantages supplémentaires.

• 1-3 Years of experience preferably with mobile phone activation or service provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform handset activation and configuration of line to fully operation and live stage.
• Guiding of customer on set up process & provide basic technical support.
• Working closely with IT Department on troubleshooting matters.
• Escalating of issue of customer feedback to relevant department when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

5 Days Work (Monday to Friday / 8.30AM – 6.00PM)
