Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator, located in Tuas. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service appointments, managing service operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling service calls, communicating with customers and technicians, and monitoring service progress to ensure timely and effective service delivery. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing service orders, and maintaining service records.

Responsibilities

  • To perform secretarial, clerical and support activities to the whole of Service Department.

  • Scheduling of technicians on-site servicing, liaising with customers.

  • Fully involve with SAP pertaining to Service Department issue.

  • Including SAP quotations, entering service work orders into SAP, billing and payments.



Requirements

  • English proficiency and basic computer skills (preferably with SAP experience)

  • Diploma and above with related qualifications (O level with relevant experience are welcome to apply)

  • Proficiency in Service Coordination and Operations Management skills

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Tuas

Transport will be provided (pickup at Choa Chu Kang & Jurong Point).
