Exion Asia Pte Ltd is a flow control solutions provider under the SWTS Asia group. We are an authorised agent/distributor of several reputable product brands, actively serving the local Oil & Gas refineries, marine, petrochemical, power plants and general industries. Exion Asia is also a leader in repair for valves, rotating equipment and instruments.

We have expertise to provide workshop servicing, on-site commissioning and troubleshooting across Asia together with our subsidiaries and associate companies in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create job order forms in internal systems (JOTS, MSBC) to support workshop operations.
  • Generate and manage Delivery Orders for timely customer deliveries.
  • Prepare and process quotations for customers with accuracy.
  • Liaise with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to obtain Test Certificates.
  • Submit Test Certificates to customers efficiently.
  • Perform other administrative or coordination tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, ITE, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in service coordination, admin support, or customer service is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with JOTS/MSBC is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
