Job summary
An automotive service provider in Singapore is seeking a Claims Management Specialist to handle damage claims, assist customers with accident reports, and finalize costs with insurers. The ideal candidate should have a minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology, possess knowledge of car components, and have estimator experience to build strong client relationships effectively. This role includes liaising with insurers and managing the repair process.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with Insurance for damage claims.
- Assist customers with accident reports and quotations.
- Update customers on claim outcomes and repair progress.
- Finalize repair costs after completion.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with Insurance or survey for own damage, windscreen claims and third part claims offer.
- Assist customer to file accident report, prepare quotation for submission to insurer.
- Follow up on liability clearance, claim acceptance and approval and repair authorisation.
- Update customer on claim submission outcome and repair progress.
- To sort and prepare documents of own damage/windscreens/third party claims.
- Follow up on claim authorisation, replacement parts availability and repair process.
- Advise and assist B&P admin payment voucher of LOU, medical claims, coating etc.
- Assist B&P admin to obtain signature for discharge voucher.
- To finalise repair cost with insurer/surveyor after repair completion.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior
