Key Responsibility

The Service Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating, and supporting service operations to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services to Endress+Hauser customers. This role is essential in aligning service activities, responsibilities, and resources to optimize efficiency and meet organizational objectives within a defined scope. Acting as a central liaison between the service team, customers, and various internal departments, the Service Coordinator ensures that all service requests are managed with professionalism and accuracy.

This position is based in Singapore and is part of the Operation Excellence Department- Operation Support Team, reporting to the Assistant Operation Support Manager.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless order processing workflow.
  • Manage the day-to-day coordination of operational activities related to service delivery across a network or team.
  • Respond to both internal and external inquiries regarding on-site service support.
  • Schedule and allocate field service personnel based on their competencies, availability, and capacity, aligning with both customer requirements and internal priorities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to customer requirements and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations.
  • Utilize internal systems such as Salesforce and Field Service Lightning to accurately record service activities in a timely manner, in accordance with company processes.
  • Prepare service orders and ensure the accuracy of customer and order-related information.
  • Monitor and manage service backlog, including follow-ups on job status with customers, service staff, and the sales team. This may involve issuing purchase orders, requesting status updates, handling invoices, and related activities.
  • Ensure timely and efficient closure of work orders.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the company's overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering-related discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service coordinating or a similar role.
  • Experience in relevant industry (Would be a strong advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Systematic, meticulous, and highly organized.
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
