Job Scopes:

1. To greet and acknowledge every walk-in guest with warm and friendly smile.
2. To lead guests to be seated comfortably.
3. To present menu, promote boutique specials, take order and deliver orders to customers.
4. To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally such as refilling of water, presenting the bill etc.
5. To ensure all condiments/sauces are re-filled, ash trays are cleared, cutleries are cleaned and available for use at all times, and mise en place at all stations and bar are topped up for operations use.
6. General housekeeping and cleaning: sweeping, mopping, washing the glasses and cutleries, cleaning of furniture and fittings, and up keeping of rest rooms (if applicable).
7. To key in guest’s order to POS system with accuracy under supervision.

Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior.
