Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain par stock levels.
  • Update inventory systems and reorder supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety of goods.
  • Regulate storeroom schedules and issue items per requisition forms.
  • Implement efficient distribution procedures.
  • Attend job and scheduled trainings.
  • Participate in employee activities.
  • Communicate store issues and performance updates.
  • Assist in receiving goods and rotating stock.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare requisitions.

We are looking for a Storekeeper to join our SLS Family!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Control:

    • Monitor and maintain par stock levels

    • Update inventory systems and reorder supplies

    • Ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety of goods

    • Coordinate with Security for storeroom checks

  • Issuance & Distribution:

    • Regulate storeroom schedules

    • Issue items per requisition forms

    • Implement efficient distribution procedures

  • Training & Communication:

    • Attend job and scheduled trainings

    • Participate in employee activities

    • Communicate store issues and performance updates

  • Quality Control & Administration:

    • Assist in receiving goods and rotating stock

    • Maintain accurate records and prepare requisitions

    • Handle after-office hour issuance when needed

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in logistics services

  • Education: GCE “N” or “O” Levels / Nitec in Logistics Services / Professional Certifications

  • Strong initiative and ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels
