Job summary

A leading real estate advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience in real estate development or construction project management. Strong knowledge of local building regulations and project coordination skills are essential. The position offers a 5-day work week from 9AM to 6PM.

Qualifications

  • Min 4-8 years of relevant experience with a developer in real estate development or construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of local building laws, approval workflows, and construction standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager in overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate development projects.
  • Monitor project milestones and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in tendering process, contract negotiations, and budgeting.
  • Support submission and approval processes ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Supervise site progress, quality control, and safety management activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or Project / Construction Management

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or Project / Construction Management;
  2. Min 4 - 8 years of relevant experiences with developer in real estate development or construction project management for commercial and residential building development works, with familiarity in local development process;
  3. Strong understanding of local building laws, approval workflows, and construction standards

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist General Manager in overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, including initiation, design, approvals, construction, handover, and close-out;
  2. Monitor project milestones and coordinate with consultants, contractor, suppliers, operator, authorities and other relevant stakeholders across disciplines such as architectural, structural, MEP, cost, and construction to ensure timely progress;
  3. Participant in tendering process, contract negotiations, progress and payment review and verification, cost control including budgeting and variation management;
  4. Support the submission and approval process with relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with local building regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards in Singapore;
  5. Supervise site progress, quality control, and safety management activities;
  6. Maintain effective communication and coordination with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders;
  7. Ensure works comply according to regulatory and company policies, at the same time maintain ISO45001 safety standards;
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
