Surrey Hills Grocer is an expanding brand that aims to be the most authentic Australian destination grocer by bringing honest-to-good, fine, fresh products. Inspired by the harsh terrains of Australia, we strive to bring you the best produce and offer everyone a taste of warm Australian hospitality.

On top of the Australian cafe and restaurant concept, we also have Spanish, Taiwanese and Japanese restaurant concepts.

As a service crew member, you will assist in serving drinks and food. You will also be expected to manage the cashier and assist in other grocer operations whenever necessary.

Depending on the shifts provided, you will also be assisting in front-of-house operations to setup, and close the space of our outlet, ensuring that proper hygiene standards are met.

Job Description

To support the outlet manager in running the operation, including but not limited to:

• Provide service according to procedures and standards established by Outlet In-Charge

• Serve food and beverages to guests

• Provide excellent customer service to guests by attending to their needs

• Being a responsible and independent individual with the ability to upkeep the standard of service at our various restaurant concepts

• Ability to solve problems according to situation in hand with great crisis management skills.
