An automotive service company in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to manage frontline inquiries and handle service quotations. Candidates should have at least O Level education and one year of experience in the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include customer interaction, work order translation, and payment processing. The position emphasizes data entry and record maintenance.
Job Opportunities:
• Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received
• Create quotations for all customer's repairs and advise them accordingly
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Ensure work provided addresses the concern raised/required by customers
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered
• Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases
Requirements:
• Min O Level
• 1 year and above experience in automotive industry
