Job summary

• Attend to customers at the frontline and all incoming calls.
• Create quotations for customer repairs and advise accordingly.
• Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders.
• Ensure work addresses the concerns raised by customers.
• Invoice and collect payments for services rendered.
• Maintain customer records and enter data into databases.
