Responsibilities

• Prepare the quotation for customers and raise the job orders.
• Recommends service contracts and provide technical advice to customers.
• Liaise with contractors on the service/repair of the vehicles.
• Perform basic investigation into customers' complaints and rectify the problem.
• Any ad-hoc duties as required.
