Service Advisor (Automotive)

Job Description

• Attend to requests from customers for repair and maintenance jobs
• Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers
• Handle customers for vehicle servicing and repairs
• Conduct check on vehicles both when vehicles check-in and check-out of the workshop to ensure job is done properly
• Communicate estimated job completion to customers and provide regular updates and follow ups till job completion
• Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle servicing, vehicle repairs and maintenance matters
• Prepare and issue repair work order and invoices to customers
• Recommend suitable products, services and packages to customers
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service
• Shifting of vehicles within company compound
• Submit warranty claims and follow up on warranty claims submission on a timely basis.
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC 3 in Automotive Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Willing to work 5.5 working days.
