A leading automotive service provider seeks a Customer Service Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and service coordination. You will document customer concerns, provide maintenance advice, and manage service workflows to ensure timely repairs. The role calls for strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
• Listen to and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs.
• Offer advice on vehicle maintenance and warranties.
Service Consultation and coordination
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Review the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfaction.
Administration
• Prepare and present accurate cost estimates for labor, parts, and additional services.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
• Experience in a Dealership setting will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer service
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Possess class 3 driving license would be a plus but not compulsory
Working hours:
5.5 days
Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm
