We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Administrator. In this role, you’ll be the key support to our Aftersales department, ensuring day-to-day operations flow seamlessly.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining service records, preparing documents, and managing supplies
  • Process documentation related to vehicle servicing, warranty claims, and service agreements
  • Schedule service and repair appointments and coordinating with the service team to ensure minimal wait times
  • Welcome and assist customers with queries, updates, and promotions
  • Manage and organise customer data for service reminders, follow-ups, and feedback
  • Support CRM efforts to enhance customer engagement and drive retention
  • Assist in general operational reporting
  • Coordinating closely with Service Advisors and Technicians for seamless operations
  • Ensuring compliance, cleanliness, and clear communication at every step

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in a Front Office or similar role
  • At least GCE N Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Certification in Office Management will be an advantage
  • Good initiative and conversational skills
  • Able to multitask with good time-management skills
