What do we expect from you?
Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or an authorized management representative, assist in providing friendly, efficient, and effective food and beverage service to all guests. Ensure timely service that meets standards and guest requirements, always respecting the Mondrian Doha Vision.
How your day looks like:
Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
Maintain good communication with Management.
Have complete knowledge of all menu items.
Prepare and check tables before service.
Clear and reset tables.
Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in accordance with company practices and procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and order of restaurant tables, chairs, floors, and service stations at all times.
Complete all cleaning duties within allocated times according to company standards.
Perform all opening and closing procedures.
Be proficient in effective and efficient table maintenance.
Be attentive and assertive at all times.
Have thorough knowledge of all product and service procedures.
