Job description

As a Technical Specialist - Server, you are required to hold a B.E./B.Tech/MCA degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Possessing certifications such as MCSE/ RHCE or equivalent is essential for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include handling server hardware from various OEMs and server-based operating systems.Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be accountable for OEM interaction to ensure service and spare availability as per SLA. Your duties will involve troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of server hardware and operating systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring server logs and critical errors to provide proactive support.Tuning various parameters of the operating system, installation, reinstallation, and change management of OS and hardware components will fall under your purview. You will also offer support to application service providers for any OS-related configurations. Monitoring server performance and resource utilization will be crucial aspects of your role.This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability. The ideal candidate should have a total of 7 years of work experience.
