Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking detail-oriented candidates to support server hardware assembly, system integration and quality inspection in a structured manufacturing environment.

You will assemble server systems, inspect components and record findings while following SOPs and safety standards. Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts are required, with a 4-day workweek after training.

Qualifications

• NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant experience in hardware assembly, manufacturing, testing or quality assurance is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic tools and inspection procedures.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Able to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Working Hours

• Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Post-training: Rotating 12-hour shifts
• Day shift: 8:00 AM-8:30 PM
• Night shift: 8:30 PM-8:00 AM
• Rostered 4-day work week after training, subject to confirmation
