Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring for a permanent assembly role in Tampines.

After a training period, employees will work 12-hour rotating shifts (8 AM–8 PM / 8 PM–8 AM) with a 4-day work week, and will receive on-the-job training. The job focuses on assembling server components, racks and mechanical parts using basic hand tools and following strict work instructions. Experience in manufacturing, production or assembly is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly or technical operations is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assemble server components, racks and mechanical parts according to work instructions
• Use basic hand tools to carry out assembly work
• Perform rack building, fitting and installation of components
• Assist with packing, unpacking and preparation of materials
• Conduct basic visual checks on assembled products
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with safety and 5S standards
• Support daily production targets and operational requirements
