Hrnet Ventures Pte Ltd - Crew by Hrnet invites applications for an Assembly Operator in Tampines. Join a stable, full-time role with a 4-day work week and practical exposure to server assembly and related components.

Training lasts 3 months (8:00–17:00). After training, you may rotate day and night shifts on fixed teams. Candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Manual assembly in a production environment.
• Willing to rotate day and night shifts after the training period.
• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives, and related components
• Assemble and install server racks and cabinets
• Perform production duties including unpacking, packing, and rack building
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Carry out other operational duties as assigned
