Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore, is seeking a Server Assembly Technician in a global technology manufacturing environment.

You will perform manual assembly of server racks, chassis and cabinets, using basic hand tools and following SOPs in English. The role offers a structured training period, day/night 12-hour rotating shifts after training, a 4-day work week with 3 days off, and various allowances.

Qualifications

• N/O Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing, production, assembly or technician experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of server racks, chassis, hard drives and cabinets.
• Carry out production line activities including unpacking, rack integration and final packaging.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production requirements.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area according to 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
