Job Summary:
The role is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests and customers. The ideal candidate will have patience, personality, and perseverance to enhance the dining experience of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform proper latte art and have relevant cafe/restaurant experience;
2. Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtful service at all times;
3. Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed;
4. Ensure proper procedures for order entry and payment processing using POS systems;
5. Ensure guests are charged correctly and receive proof of payment in a timely manner;
6. Adhere to all company service standards and protocols;
7. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of service tools and service areas;
8. Clean tables, prepare table plans and layouts, complete closing duties, and restock tableware and other supplies;
9. Perform any other duties as required by the company or management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma;
• 1-2 years of work experience as a server and barista;
• Hands-on experience with cash registers and ordering systems (Lunchbox experience is a plus);
• Attentive and patient with guests;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Active listening and effective communication skills;
• Team spirit;
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
• Possess a well-groomed and professional appearance;
• Food safety training is a plus.
