    As a Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketing Executive at our company located in Bangalore (Jp Nagar 3rd Phase), you will play a crucial role in our dynamic Digital Marketing team. With 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, you will lead the way in implementing performance marketing strategies to achieve outstanding results. If you have a strong passion for leveraging data, driving optimization, and fostering growth, this opportunity is tailored for you.Your main responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing high-performing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads. By conducting comprehensive keyword research and audience segmentation, you will enhance targeting accuracy. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing and executing A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to boost conversion rates. Proficiency in scriptwriting and creating explainer and promotional videos is a must for this role.You will continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimize ROI effectively. Managing budgets and bids to ensure optimal spending and lead generation will be part of your daily routine. Moreover, your role will involve optimizing the marketing funnel to enhance lead quality and drive higher enrollment rates. Collaboration with content and design teams to produce creative assets aligned with campaign objectives is essential.To excel in this position, you should possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly on Facebook and Google platforms, with a minimum budget of Rs. 50,00,000/month. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager is required. You should be familiar with audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization techniques. An analytical mindset combined with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into strategic recommendations is a key asset. Excellent communication and presentation skills will be beneficial in conveying detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders regularly.Proficiency in AI tools and workflow automation such as N8N, ChatGPT, Integrately, etc., is preferred. Experience in coding languages like HTML, CSS, PHP, React, Node & Angular Js will be advantageous. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is crucial. Prior experience in the Education or Ed-tech industry is a strong advantage, and agency experience is preferred.This is a full-time, permanent role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
