SEO Manager (Media Agency)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and guide a group of SEO experts to continuously hit and surpass campaign KPIs.
2. Encourage and boost team spirit to guarantee high output and responsibility.
3. Provide timely, lucid monthly and quarterly reports on SEO strategy and performance.
4. Work with top management to advance process enhancements for scaled implementation.
5. Collaborate with company's technical teams to improve our AI SEO tool, which has won numerous awards.
6. Keep an eye on and improve SEO campaigns to sustain high client retention and satisfaction.
7. Comply with company's requirements for all strategic output and SEO deliverables.
8. Work together with internal departments to improve the impact of branding and campaign quality.
9. Oversee and develop global SEO teams to guarantee optimal effectiveness and reliability.
10. Monitor search trends and upgrades to stay ahead of changes in the industry.
11. Assure response to changing customer requests and the demands of digital searches.
12. Encourage the creation of new SEO business models, such as franchising, licensing, and SaaS.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing many SEO campaigns simultaneously, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing firm setting.
2. Previous position as a senior SEO consultant with practical team-leading and mentoring experience.
3. Excellent reporting and analytical abilities, with an emphasis on ROI and campaign performance.
4. A thorough awareness of algorithm changes, content optimization, technical SEO, and SEO tactics.
5. Familiarity with data-driven platforms and AI-based SEO tools is advantageous.
6. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities.
