SEO & Content Specialist

We are seeking a qualified individual with expertise in digital marketing and content writing to support the Marketing & Sales team at the London School of Business & Finance.

This role combines content creation and digital marketing skills to enhance brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and generate leads for our undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing, you will analyze market data, craft compelling digital ad copies, and oversee brand identity development. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about industry trends and capable of executing effective communication and engagement strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Content Strategy & Development
  2. Develop and implement an audience-first content marketing strategy for platforms such as blogs, social media, websites, and EDM campaigns.
  3. Create engaging long-form and short-form content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  4. Use data analytics for A/B testing and content optimization to maximize ROI.
  5. Manage production of visual and written content, maintaining consistency in brand storytelling.
  6. Lead social media strategies on platforms like LinkedIn, monitoring performance and engagement.
  1. Communications & Public Relations
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to align branding with industry trends and business objectives.
  3. Create ad copies, speeches, and press materials to boost brand visibility.
  4. Support PR initiatives, including media monitoring, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Develop and approve marketing materials such as brochures, media pitches, and press releases.
  6. Manage website content updates, partner relations announcements, and executive communications.
  7. Conduct website audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accreditation standards.

  2. Manage Google PPC, social media ads, and affiliate campaigns supporting sales activities.
  3. Coordinate with HQ and overseas teams to deliver effective campaigns and analyze digital campaign performance.
  4. Benchmark competitors and analyze market research to develop effective communication strategies.
  5. Optimize website content, meta tags, and backlinks to improve organic search visibility.
  6. Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance tracking to enhance search engine rankings.
  7. Regularly audit and improve site performance following SEO best practices.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Graduate degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in business, marketing, or communication.
  • Strong copywriting and content development skills to create impactful messaging.
  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Google Adwords, Social Media, Google Analytics, CRM, CMS).
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude, meticulous, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MailChimp, SEMrush, Salesforce, and design software.
