Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sensory evaluation specialist to support food product development projects. You will recommend suitable sensory testing methods, analyse results, and prepare clear sensory reports for stakeholders.

You will also manage sensory panels, ensure testing quality, and train panel leaders and technicians to uphold rigorous research standards. The role is a 6-month contract, with a monthly salary up to SGD 8,500, and on-site work at Boon Lay.

• Relevant experience in sensory evaluation / sensory science within Food R&D.
• Strong knowledge of sensory testing methodologies and data interpretation.
• Experience managing sensory panels and training panel leaders
