Job summary

Xilinx Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a data analytics engineer to evaluate and assist in the development of AECG product, using data mining and analytics to meet yield targets; you will test and debug tools and collaborate with product development to automate data analysis.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork across sites, and familiarity with JMP, Perl, Python, and data-driven manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineers across sites/time zones.
• Hands-on knowledge of JMP and scripting languages (Perl, Python).
• Understanding of manufacturing/test methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final test parameters to support initial product assessment.
• Identify and drive parametric yield improvement to meet yield targets.
• Collaborate with Tools Development to feedback binning, yield and parametric results to enhance tool capabilities.
• Develop methodologies to automate analytical tasks using scripting languages and AI.
• Define recipes for high-volume Engineering Samples and Production supply.
