A community service organization in Singapore is looking for a Senior Workshop Instructor to empower individuals with disabilities through tailored vocational training programs. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, facilitate job placements, develop training materials, and document client progress. A Higher NITEC or similar qualification in Culinary is required. Experience in the disability sector is preferred. On-the-job training provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Workshop Instructor plays a crucial role in a multidisciplinary vocational rehabilitation team to empower people with disabilities to participate in work activities to gain a sense of identity, improve self-esteem, and a way to give back to society. You will work closely with the occupational therapist, social worker, caregivers and community partners as part of the multidisciplinary team. You will develop the procedures and processes for the delivery of programmes, intervention methods and teaching practices. Your challenge is to implement innovative strategies to help people with disabilities to integrate in the workforce, do well at their jobs and progress in their careers.
