Job summary

R SYSTEMS (SINGAPORE) PTE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Windows Server/vSphere administrator to install, upgrade, and maintain server infrastructure in a large data center environment. You will handle OS and third-party software issues, perform hardware installations, and ensure file system reliability and security.

The role requires strong PowerShell scripting skills, extensive server hardware knowledge (HPE/Dell), and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in installation and implementation of various Windows Server OS and vSphere versions.
• Strong understanding of Intel x86 server hardware operation (HPE ProLiant, Dell PowerEdge).
• Large Data Center facilities operation.
• Experience with PowerShell and Windows 2003+.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to respond to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows Server OS, vSphere, and third-party software.
• Install hardware and software.
• Maintain and setup file systems.
• Resolve software problems with OS or third-party products.
• Maintain Anti-Virus system.
• Backup and restore File System and Databases.
• Setup guidelines to enhance current work activity.
• Performance monitoring.
• Maintain system security and compliance.

• Willing to work on weekends.
