Job summary

• Meet or exceed sales targets for rooms and conference & banqueting within the assigned portfolio.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, event organizers, associations, tour operators, and travel partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the team to achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management to optimize inventory and pricing in line with market demand.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and events to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
