InvestCloud Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to define system scope based on user needs and industry requirements. You will translate business needs into formal specifications, map data flows, and document requirements for engineers and clients.

You will partner with client teams to respond to requests, provide thought leadership, and ensure solutions align with current product capabilities and future enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
• 6–10 years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis in wealth management, wealth-tech or financial services technology
• Experience writing API and integration requirements and working with engineers on data flows
• Proven ability to map data through the lifecycle of an account or client journey (prospect, onboarding/KYC, servicing and reporting)
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey complex technical specifications to clients and internal teams
• Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve results
• Skilled in eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholders
• Gathering customer requirements through interviews, workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, journey mapping, process modelling (BPMN), use cases, user stories, scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders and project teams to prioritize collected requirements
